I've setup UM to do record call manually with F989 and it works fine. Then I bought the NTKC1201 which should be the Nortel BCM50 Professional Call Recording Auth Code and Recordings should be sent by Email as a WAV file.... why no files are attached to emails using that feature? I cannot figure out how to send the wave file..... programming looks okay since I get the notice bellow after any calls.
