BCM Call Pilot Transfer Issue

I have recently installed a Call Pilot version 3.6 behind a BCM. When dialing by name through the auto attd the system verifies the correct party with the recorded name but immediately says the person is not available and goes directly to the mailbox without ringing the phone. It does this for both first and last name prompts. All other aspects of the auto attd and transfer process work. Dialing the extension number through the AA works fine. The problem affects all users. Phones are not in DND and are forwarded in a No Answer condition only. Any ideas short of initializing the system would be appreciated.

Did you configure the ext number in the mailbox?

Yep. Numbers are in there. Names are in there correctly. Directory option is turned on.

when you say "behind a bcm" does this mean externally? (sorry if I don't understand, maybe you've done something odd to the bcm?)
If you've installed a 2nd callpilot are you sure the correct c.p. is answering?

I'll assume you have only 1 c.p. installed on the system, when I ask that "fwd all calls" is not checked?

Failing that, if you know what you're doing and it's not working right... reboot!

Sorry, Wallysworld, that was confusing. No, it's an internal Call Pilot, the usual application. And the Call Forward/All Calls is not set. Dialing the extension number through the auto attd works fine. It's only the use of the Names Directory that gives a message that the person is "not available" and sends the caller directly to the mailbox.
