I have a customer that was using CallPilot UM Messaging and was forwarding the VM's to a local Exchange server.
They moved the server to a cloud based solution. We adjusted the Call Pilot settings but the VM's do not get forwarded. They have to use the DNS name of the cloud server because the IP of the server is dynamic and is constantly changing.
The error in the BCM is:
VoiceMail - Message Forwarding - Mailbox 256 - A protocol error occurred while delivering the message.
Does anyone have any ideas?
