BCM call forwarding

I have a CSE1000 with T-1 lines as IP trunks to each of 3 different BCMs. The phones on the CSE 1000 are 3xxx and on the BCMs they are 5xxx, 3xxx and 4xxx. I can forward calls from the CSE1000 to each of the BCMS The CSE1000 numbers are DID numbers. When on one of the BCMs, I can 4 digit dial the CSE1000 and can forward calls locally but not to another location. What needs to be set on the BCM to get this to work.

We are trying to send Nortel doorphone to a cell phone.
Doorphone goes to a DN, this DN is forwarded to a cell phone.
When we push the doorphone button the cell phone is ringing but if we want to answer the call on the cell phone we get a disconnect.
