BCM Call Center Reporting Issue 1

I have a site that when I try to run any reports, the data runs for about 30mins and then errors out with page cannot be displayed. I have increase the asp timeout in IIS but that didn't solve my problem. If I run a report on 1 group for a small period of time, it seems to work. I haven't had this issue before and the DB is not that big.

Any idea what to try? We need to generate weekly reports for the customer.
 
Approx. how many calls are in the time period you are requesting?

What version of Voicemail and RCC do you have installed?
 
was doing 1 week about 10 queues any report. Running 3.6
 
Knowing the BCM, it probably needs a patch or update.

Check the Nortel website for any that might apply to your BCM.

There are only 2 seasons in Canada, Golf and Snowmobile season.
 
I'll take the golf season. Summers are short in Canada. I know 3.7 is out but not sure it has any patches for 3.6 that apply to the RCC
 
released from Nortel stating that this is a known issue and at present there is no workaround. I suppose this will be put back for development to issue another patch to overcome this.
Their bulltin number is 2005006298, released 10th October 2005.

Actually there is a patch/upgrade for BCM 3.6. Look on
the Nortel site for a patch called BCM_360.192_RCC.61.050.
