BCM Call Center in Queue to voicemail?

I have a customer that I am setting up a small call center for. They want a caller that is in Queue to have an option of pressing a key and then going to a voicemail box instead of waiting for the agent. Is this possible? I can see if they make a selection in the menu to do that, but they want this option while the caller is waiting in the Queue.

That option is only available during a greeting step.
