BCM Call and Caller ID same

Hello, recently, we are having a small problem with our system.
The problem :
When 123 (Bcm extension) call another person on BCM 456
If 456 is not available, 123 leave a message.
When 456 see his message log to know whom call him : it show his own number.

Only way to find out, is to listen to the message and hope that he know the person extension who left the message or available to recognize the voice of that person.

We are using third party voice mail system and the problem is not there because as we have also CS1k, it work's great between CS1k to CS1k and Cs1k to BCM.

As for test, as we configure after no answer or busy instead of going to voice mail, it goes to an another DN in CS1000 and it show on the display screen 456 H456

Any help will be appréciated

Do you have the MCDN key code on the BCM. This will send the CLID of the extension when networking.

You could also set up the message log to log all calls that were made to the BCM extension.

I know a little bit BCM compare to CS1000. So how can I verify that if I have the mcdn key code installed

By the way, when someone call from bcm to bcm caller id is ok and the person can answer the phone. But nobody answer, going to voice mail, the caller id change.

How can I setup the message log to log call
