BCM BFT Issues

I have seen somewhere that the known faulty BFT's have a particular color capacity - I am thinking green. I have a site where we cannot talk to the BCM via LAN, telnet or serial and I am suspecting problem may be related to the BFT. BCM is functioning still with TDM phones as no IP phones. Anyone had simialar issues?
 
the color of the capacitors can't tell you if the BFT is a faulty one or not. All faulty ones have green capacitors, correct, but some good ones also do :)

The best thing is to write down the NT7 number on the back of the bcm and compare it to the list found in the issue description on nortel.com.

The problem you're experiencing seems like a faulty BFT!
