When I backup the Nortel BCM Ver 4.0.2.03 it completes successfully and when I do a restore it indicates that it was successful but the Core telephone never restores. When I unzip the tar and look at the file labeled Coretel.tar.gz it shows 0 Bytes and if I try to extract it it indicates it is corrupt.
All the other files are fine just the Coretel.tar.gz is corrupt. Is this some type of bug in the backup process causing this file to corrupt? I found this out when the BCM was reset back to factory and I restored the backup only to find that I had to manually reprogram the core tel because it did not restore from backup but all the other system did including Voice mail and keycodes etc...
I have over 300 backups and all of them this file is corrupt.

I meant that I have over 300 Backups of just the one BCM and on each backup the coretel.tar.gz file is corrupt

Where do I get these patches since Nortel when Bankrupt?
