You used to be able to program the Norstar to grab an outside line for analog devices so that they didn't need to be reprogrammed to dial the line pool code (Hotdial - External + F78). Is this possible in the BCM? I can't seem to make it work. I've got an elevator phone and some faxes I'm trying to get it to work on.

It works, you just have to make sure primeline is set to linepool. Is this on a PRI or analogue lines?
