BCM Auto Attendant issue

Scenario: BCM A (Main Bcm ) BCM B, C and D are remote site BCm's . whenever the auto attendant answers at the main and remote site DN's are keyed in the calls are inadvetently dropped with error message "you have entered an invalid extension"


what should I look for

What could possibly be the cause of this

This is the same answer I gave to someone else.

Have you watched the BCM Monitor to see what your sending on the one end and what your receiving on the other end. It doesn't help much to keep guessing, facts help alot.
