Is there any difference between the two?

I think you answered you own question there. The clue is in the title.The BCM just uses the ATA2 that was previously used on the Norstar no difference between it and the BCM ATA2.

Thank you, just wanted to comfirm. I could't find any difference except the newer part number and BCM on the label.
