I have a BCM 400 4.0 with a PRI. We're sending inbound faxes via DID to an ATA II. During "Normal Service' the DID call for the fax is sent to the ATA and all is well. When the system is in Night Service, we get a message from the voicemail "the person you have called is not available, using the dialpad etc..."
what's interesting is that when I hear "the person you have called is not available, using the dialpad etc..." I can dial the ata extension and hear the fax answer.
SO I believe somehow the call is routed to the v/m just like the main number. However the target line (275) control set is set to none and the set itself (ata 240) is also set to none. the target line is also Private to:240. Usually I have no problem with this but, I don't remember or know what I've done wrong.
