bcm asm module

I have a BCM 400 with an ASM. The system appears to see the module, but I have no dial tone. All lights are green. Hardware Inventroy does not show module, but Resources show ASM on 3 and 5. ASM is on 5. Any ideas?

From resources menu disable then enable the ASM module. You can even try system reset if you can. If non fix the problem then you have a bad ASM module. Good luck.

Make sure the switch setting on the card is correct and not over lapping with another card.

Exactly in fact I would power down pull all modules verify all are correct per documantation, country switch selected properly as well.
