BCM as centralized vm host

No, but I can venture a guess on it. You would have to have the MCDN keycode for the BCM and then setup a target line to go to the voicemail DN in the BCM and then point your M1 phones to that DN which would have to be setup as a CDP in the M1 to go across your TIE trunks.
You would also need the have MWI in your RCAP on the d-channel for the M1 TIE trunks. Just a guess on how to do it. You could use your BCM monitor to check the digits that are being transmitted.
