BCM AND TIME CHANGE 1

WE HAVE A BCM WITH 2.5 SOFTWARE AND WHEN WE TRY TO CHANGE THE TIME FROM A T7316 (F**SYSTEM AND CONFIG) IT ALLOWS THE TIME CHANGE BUT RETURNS TO THE LAST TIME AND DATE. WHEN GOING IN THROUGH THE BCM MANAGER THERE IS NO HEADING FOR TIME AND DATE. HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE TIME?

I believe that the Time / Date change can only be done via the BCM Manager. That was how I did it. I also tried your method & it did not work. I can't remember exactly how I did it, But I think it was within one of the first menu's. Maybe near the software versions.

Try these Two commands & see if they work

BCM FEATURE CODES

Feature ** BACK - Move system clock back one hour
Feature ** FWD - Move system clock forward one hour

Unfortunately you must use Unified Manager.
Cannot do it through telephone programming.

In Unified Manager Time and Date changes are made in System / Indentification
 
Unless you are facing an emergency NEVER program anything throuhg the phone as the BCM will not synchronize the changes with the database. The conflicts caused can crash a BCM.
