BCM and Outlook Contact popup

Could somebody recommend the software which does the Outlook Contact screen popup based on the caller ID.

Rapport for TAPI by RSI software does that - it works in conjunction with the LAN CTE client on the BCM.

Problem with RSI software is that if you minimize it,you won't see caller id,popup is slow,cost $550 for the firts 3 seats,has a lot of features I don't need.You will save on LAN CTE seats,because you will need only one, but still will cost you arm and a leg for popup alone.
