We install a new BCM 400 3.7 with two T1s. The first T1 (bus 7- line 61-84) is working fine. Our second T1 is connected to a Micom unit. This DSXI port on the Micom unit is set up like a t-1. When we connected a t1 cross cable this solve half our problem (remote sites can call the home office). The other half of the problem is that the home office can not dial out. The Micom unit is program for access numbers 8 or 7 to dial the different remote sites.
Current problem:
When dialing 8 then a number: example 45, I receive a dial tone after the 4. Any numbers after the 4 the system do not respond (no tones when I dial other numbers).
