I have Installed the BCM450, with DTM-PRI, and 2 ASM, and Call Center, and I have an IVR System Server from third party.
I was Complete the Configuration of Call Center (skillset CDN is 400) and assign a line of the PRI to be answered by call center ( line administration), note that there are no Greeting Recorded, the greeting is in the IVR System and routed to the CDN Then to Agent through Analog sets which is I connected direcly to the IVR Server, now whats configuration should I do to confirm this?
'the caller hear the greeting in the IVR system then routed to the call center agent.
