BCM and IVR

I just need anyone knowlegable of IVR to put in their 2 cents.

I am getting ready to impliment a BCM 400 with IVR connecting to an IBM AS/400 data base. I know it uses ODBC but want to know some real world issues, if any, that may occur with implimentation. Let me know what you all think or ask any questions you may have.

I have never set on up on the BCM have seen it on some of the meridian range.I would like to here how it goes. I thought it was the developer of the database set it up with the periview software.
