Do you have a VPN Tunnel between the off site and the main location? Did you install the IP Client Seat Lic?

Do you have a VPN Tunnel between the off site and the main location? Did you install the IP Client Seat Lic? Can you ping the computers at the main Site- Once this accomplished you should be on your way..

Yes I do have VPN set up on my network and yes I do have the seat licsense. Do you think the VPN is messing it up? Also, I tried connecting and I get connected, Just no audio. It's weird. I can call other phones like I was there....just no voice. Thanks
