I have a BCM in my office. I have 2 i2004 IP phone off site. I can get them to connect to my BCM but can't get any audio. Any ideas?

Do you have a VPN Tunnel between the off site and the main location? Did you install the IP Client Seat Lic?

Do you have a VPN Tunnel between the off site and the main location? Did you install the IP Client Seat Lic? Can you ping the computers at the main Site- Once this accomplished you should be on your way..

To "Norstarguru":
Yes I do have VPN set up on my network and yes I do have the seat licsense. Do you think the VPN is messing it up? Also, I tried connecting and I get connected, Just no audio. It's weird. I can call other phones like I was there....just no voice. Thanks

I need these questions answered...

What Codecs are you using?
Is there any priorities on the VPN for voice as a priority?
Is voice provisioned on the VPN?
