BCM and HP fax compatability

BCM400 V4, the customer has connected an HP c6180 All in one fax, but we seem to have difficulties getting it to receive calls.

Auto answer is set. If we connect the old fax back up, all ok.

Does anyone know if there is an incompatability issue with HP faxes and Nortel equipment.

Is there an analog line someware you can test the HP with to see if it is the HP or the BCM.

Works fine if they connect it to a direct exchange line. I have since found out from the HP website that their products are manufactured to work on analogue lines NOT ISDN lines.

Have now left it with the customer to speak to HP Support on this one.
