BCM and DST adjustments

If the DST (saylight saving time) is not enabled on the BCM's how do you enable it to adjust for the upcoming change in March?

BCM 4.0 is OK/ 3.7 waiting on nortels release of patch/3.6 should be out soon 3.60.336 VP3 .Bcm50 patch is out. Norstar upgrade to 7.1

Do you happen to know the patch number for the 50's?

BCM 50= BCM 50.143-OSA-1.0-1.0
It say's in a bulliten dated the 22 of January there is a patch for 3.6 but it is not posted on Nortels software download page yet.

Now if your BCM's are pulling time from and FTP server do you think I would still need a patch? I wouldn't think so, so long as the NTP time is correct with the current DST time adjustment.
