BCM and Call Timer

Hi ...

Can I set a cutoff Timer on the BCM, I mean when I need the Outgoing calls to be disconnected automatically at specific time ( 5 minute, for example), is there a timer on the BCM and How can I Configue it?

No!

That would be a nightmare for any tech when a fault is reported that calls cut off after 5 minutes.

All i can suggest is to get a call Management software that will allow you to monitor calls that have reached the 5 minute target.

That way you can generate reports of the callers who go over the limit
 
Not possible on BCM. However is possible on IPOffice, probably not what you want to hear though.
