BCM and Call Timer

Hi ...

Is there a Timer on BCM ? I mean when a caller need a call to be disconnected after 5 sec when he make an outgoing call ?

You want to limit outgoing time on calls, no timer that I know of, the only time I saw this work was with pay phones on ld calls.
