depends on the codec you choose for your WAN
G.729 uses about 8kbps per stream (with overheads to about 12k)
but the bandwidth alone does not guarantee anything ....
it depends on how the Internet wants to "treat" your packets
better to do a network study adn set the expectations right to the customer

BCM 3.0 and up comes with a tool called BCM monitor.
