Since the ADID4 modules exists, I assume it will work on a BCM 50, but how is it programed? Do you call it a GATM4 and wire it the same?
 

As per Nortel docs, supported on Bcm50 2.0 and 3.0.
Wired the same way as a regular trunk except you don't have dialtone, battery only and the C.0 send you the number of digits you requested, you assign each number to a target line.
In -Ressources-Telephony Ressources, you assign it as "DID4".
 
This is a refurb 1.0 BCM50 and DID4 is not an option in "Resources
 

I don't think it's supported on Bcm50 1.0, only 2.0 and 3.0 as per Nortel docs.
