I have a BCM 450 that is giving the following Alarm
ID: 30203
Severity: information
Description: User logon to web interface User=xxxx Host=x.x.x.x Comp=WWW
Resolution: No Action Required.

I have noticed that when i loggon to BCM via browser i get the same alarm once. However this alarm is generated with the customers logon created for them and happening at odd hours and allways has 6 of these alarms in a row. Does anyone know specifically what this alarm represents. I dont feel the customer is logging in at midnight 6 times all in the same minute. They do have RSI call recording software setup. Could this be the cause?

Can you change or provide some new / different accounts to see if you can narrow down what or who would be accessing the system?.

It's not some auto process such as call logging, backups, routines that is taking place?.

All the best
