BCM ACD LED reader board

Hello!

Thank you all in advance for any help you might be in helping me to complete this task.

I have a customer that has a has a BCM with Call Pilot and is using ACD. This is a Pizza call center with about ten call handlers at the busiest time of the day.

The customer wants to have a large, 50 inch, LED reader board that states the number of calls on hold and longest hold time.

I have never done this and so would appreciate any help and or suggestions in accomplishing this task.
