BCM Abandoned Records

Does anyone know if the BCM can output abandoned records in its CDR? If it can, is there a sample available?

You need RCC for abandoned calls.

Please clarify. You need RCC for abandoned calls to be output in the CDR, or just for reporting on abandoned calls?

abandoned calls reporting is a function of Reporting for Call Center (or whatever Nortel is calling it this week)

CDR does not support abandon calls, RCC does.
