BCM 6.0 CLID not appearing until call is answered

Hi there,

I just added a SIP trunk to my BCM 50 6.0, and for some reason the CLID only reads out the Line Name "6466384 calling" until I answer the call, then the full CLID appears.....

Also the Inbound SIP trunk is routing to my Line Button instead of the Target Line on my set.

Any suggestions to help me get the full CLID to appear on my screen before I pick up the phone?

Tick the Target line Clid box.
Line access- bottom of screen opens with line appearance- tick the box
Or physical line Clid box depending on set up.
 
This is driving me nuts....the DID keeps routing to Prime! I tried everything above, but instead of the line ringing to my DID its ringing directly to the IC Directory Number......
 
the DID seems to be ringing into Line001, even though I don't have it routed to that line.....very confusing
 
I seemed to solve the problem.

VOIP.MS doesn't recommend having 2 SIP trunks from the same provider on a PBX.....so I think that might be part of the issue. I was logged into VOIP.MS with 2 different SIP addresses, and they recommend only one sip address.

I adjusted the DID to ring through my main account and it seems to be working fine now.....
