if I need to use the remote teleworker feature, did i need a license per user or one license enghough to each user

You need the NAT Traversal license and 1 IP Client seat license for each remote phone.

1 remote worker licence covers the whole system. Then you need an IP client licence for each remote phone

The remote worker license you're asking about is called NAT Traversal. Only 1 per system required.
