BCM 50E with m-series phones

We have customer with a BCM 50E. Every time they loose power the phones loose button programing. The button are programed with internal speed dail extentions. Are ther any patches to correct this or is it going to take replacing all these m series phones with T series phones. I did replace an m series phone with a T series phone did a hard re-boot and the programing held. Any ideas??

i beleive that are not compatible with bcm 400 and 50

It's more the release of the M series phone that is the problem. Should have at least Rel 16 on M7310, and rel 5 on
M7324 and M7100. Look on the white sticker under your phones.Other release will work but you will have issues with them.
