I've reread your question about 10 tmes and I can't figure out what your asking.
you can only assign 1 main Vmail DN. I think 6 ports is the default.
you can only have 1 DN on a phone, you can have multiple apperences of it ie: I/C key's.
Vmail doesn't have an I/C
You don't choose a phone model, you plug a phone in and the system see the type.

Do you want one mailbox to turn on MWI lights on two phones?
If so, set an alternate extension under the mailbox in CallPilot, provided the second extension doesn't have a mailbox associated to it already.
If not, then you've stumped me as well.
