BCM 50e Business element manager woun'y show Active sets 2

Trying to change IP through computer connection.
I can get in and view ID, D&T, IP subsystem,

but not keycodes, sets active or otherwise

Reinstalled it no luck

Any ideas?

Did you install the version of element manager off that particular BCM? Sounds like you have an element manager compatibility issue with your particular system. try to download/install element manager from the system you're working on.

if you are on a bcm50 rel5 then you need to use the element manager from the application launcher..

this installs a new shorten version on EM and is backward compatible.

the rel3 version on a rel5 shows just what you have described
