BCM 50

I have a BCM R2 or R3 that has a issue with expansion unit 1. I have a 4 line MBM in expander 1. I loose line 5 and 6 after 1 week. I need to go to site and power down the expander and power it up again and then all is well again. Is this an issue known out there or should I load in some patch ???

Were line 5 and 6 dead at the demark before the equipment?

Check the line settings and the Vendors settings are the same.
supervised, or loopguarded depending on country

lines are fine they have 6 lines, the expander unit is off when I get there. I un plug it from power and plug it in again and it fires up again ???

If the expansion unit was off I'd suspect the power source, power supply, cord, or the expansion unit itself is bad.
