I have changed a destination code from a 9 to an 8
I normally(before changing destination codes)would make a conference call by dialing 9, make call, dial 9 puts first call on hold and dial second call. press conf or feature 3 and first call,. Now when I dial 8 and follow the same steps after press conf or feature 3 it says new call in display. When I hang up the calls are together like the call was transferred.. What should I do when the display says New Call??

The "New Call" display is simply part of the ad-hoc conference feature. You would use it to add more then 3 parties into the conference. It has nothing to do with changing the dest code.
