BCM 50

I am a newbie to these forums and to the BCM 50, although have a technical background. Question is simply where can I get Element Manager software for the BCM 50. Fella that installed the system at my house has left Company from which I purchased and they are slow getting back to me. Documentation says it can actually be downloaded from BCM 50 using default IP address 10.10.11.12, but this was obviously changed as part of installation as I cannot access via this address. Sorry this is such a silly question but I am tight on time and going crazy waiting for response from Installation company.

You need to know what the IP address of the BCM is. Only then can you download the software from the unit. If the BCM is on your LAN that should be a piece of cake to determine.

If your IP address on the BCM is changed, and you are not sure what it is:

There is a second Ethernet port on the BCM 50. Plug your PC or laptop into it, it has DHCP enabled and will hand you an IP address. Doing and IPCONFIG the BCM address should be a ?.?.?.1

Once connected login and you can download element.

Figured it out via DHCP dynamic addressing. Element Manager and Call Pilot seem very user friendly, with the exception of figuring out how to map voice mailboxes to lines. We have two lines coming in and I would like to have each line on seperate vm. For the original line the installer appears to roll calls from hard DN 228 to synthetic DN 363. From there it is a bit of a black hole. Does anyone have a quick way to create a second voice mailbox and tie to a seperate incoming line?
