I have a BCM 50 that just replaced a MICS 0x32 it is using the T7316E telephones, The BCM is installed at MPOE and is powering 13 phones that are approximately 150 feet away, it is also powering and additional 10 phones at another location which the cable runs are approximately 800 to 1000 feet 25 pair shielded cable, these phones are having problems disconnecting from the system, when you hit the release key they do not hang up immediately it is taking approximately 45 to 90 seconds to hangup, also there is static on the lines when the speaker volume is turned up, any ideas here really need some help, Mics worked fine without any issues previously.

BCM 50 won't disconnect,also static.

Sounds like you need to add a SAPS to those phones. They need a little extra power because of the distance from the bcm. I believe one Station Aux. Power Supply will handle three phones.
