BCM 50 with Service update #2

I tried to use that patch couple of times on multiple BCM 50 and after it goes through the process, there is an error message file transfer error .The systems has the new managements patch, any idea...Despite I can load any other patches to the system except Service Update #2

have you tried disabling the windows firewall?
And also check if the SOFTWARE-MANAGEMENT patch has been installed before.

Thanks for the replay, I have the managements s/w installed and the firewall and antivirus is disabled and I tried that on couple of BCM with the same results .IT only happen with that patch ,all other patches installed ok without a problem. I actually tried it on a Different computer with the same results.

An Update, The system goes through the updating files 46 files and on file 43 it stops there and gives an Error (File Transfer Failed), any thoughts...

Maybe download the patch files from Nortel again - if it's failing on multiple systems you could have a corrupted file.
