BCM 50 with remote site trouble

i have a main office and a remote office, connected via vpn tunnel, however the phones at the remote office keep going down through out the day. Does anyone know what ports to give priority to or which ones to port forward? Or any advice on how to correct/fix this issue?

are you talking ip sets/trunks/wireless/tie circuits
does the vpn have enough bandwidth
are you using qos switches

ip sets, Using qos swithches, the remote site has DSL service, home site has T1
