BCM 50 WITH CP...cannot get Company greeting to play 2

CP set for AA to go to table 1 and play CG 1

goes right to 200 phone set and plays the OGM og that extension

No Company greeting...no CCR whcih is also in place to transfer to 220 on pressing 1 No choice happens

The AA is set to answer after how many rings? What's the cfwd na rings set to on ext 200? Do the lines ring on 200? 200 cfwd na rings need to be higher than the AA or remove ringing on 200.

AA is set to 4 rings

I don't think cfwd no a is on

Also check "Answer lines" set to Yes in Operator Status

That solved the issue turned off the FNA


Another issue has come up.

The company greeting now plays...before it goes to CCR...it seems to inset a message that the caller must dial 1 if they have a tonetone phone or remain on the line for rotary dial


Where does that message come from so i can take it out?

The "Touchtone Gate" is active.

Go to Auto Attendant->General Properties and change the "Touchtone Gate" setting to "None"
