I have a customer who is looking to do Computer Telephony Integration with a BCM 50 3.0 and ACT software on their PCs.
Do I need a LAN CTE for each PC looking to do CTI or do I just need 1 and can load it on a server?
How does the BCM and the ACT software work together? I am assuming all the setup is in the ACT software program? Is this also the same for getting the extensions to work as well with being able to dial out, etc?
Is this easy to setup and get working?
