I have a customer that has a BCM50 r3, with a PRI. They have 3 phones that have 3 line appearances for the main lines and line appearances for other users with DIDs, as well. They can pick up anyone's call in the company. The problem is on the main line, if it set for 5 rings before going to Auto Attendant; the calls get answered by extension 114's voicemail, which is set for Forward No Answer: 4 rings. I think I have heard of this problem for Nortel before. If both are set for 4 rings, it works properly. I think i can use hunt groups, but can 1 person answer multiple calls off of a hunt group? Is there a better option? Thank you
