BCM 50 with 2.0 software

I have a customer who just started to experience Voice Mail issues. When you call into the main number and go to dial an extension, all calls are going right to that person's VM and not ringing the phone first. Call Fwd no answer is setup ok, there is nothing programmed for fwd all calls, etc. All programming is correct and the problem just started happening. Has anyone seen this before?
 
Check the Call Pilot and make sure that someone did not accidentally turn on Disable DN Dialing.
