Hello everyone.

We're looking to upgrade our PC fleet to Windows 7 (most 32 bit but a few 64 bit machines)

I can get the following Nortel BCM apps to work fine on my x64 machine:
- Desktop Assistant
- Personal Call Manager
- TSP Launcher

Apps I can't seem to get working:
- Element Manager

Any hints on what I may be doing wrong with Element Manager?

Also, on our XP machines we heavily rely on TAPI dialing. I can't seem to get the windows 7 machine to install the BCM TAPI interface, or see the BCM as a dialing device at all. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

I have Windows 7 32 bit and I can use two versions of Element Manage OK.
62.0.5 and also the older version of 60.3.0. They aren't fast loading up, but they do work. I'm aware of problems on corporate computer builds where we have found problems in that it sometimes takes over 5 minutes for the program to load up.

My works laptop has the XP Compatibility software installed and I can use Element Manager from within that application. I'm not sure if you can still use the TAPI dialing application.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
