BCM 50 vs BCM400

I have a BCM50 3.0 in my demo room that allows me to push CDR to my ftp great. However, my BCM 400 3.7 won't. my ftp is located in the same place, same ip and i am using the same creditials.

Any ideas? TIA

No but I do know that the CDR was a real pain before 4.0

You need to build a CDR account where the username/password match the Windows username/password of the PC, where you send the data.

Make sure all patches were applied to your Bcm 3.7. As hawks mentionned they're was a lot of issues with cdr on previous versions.

I remember an issue around having too many files in the CDR directory not allow the push to function.
Take gbergers advice and install the current patches.
