I have 3 BCM 50s linked via VOIP GW Trunks with 4 digit extensions. Setup works by site to site dialing times out in 20 minutes, sometimes less. Customer could be in the middle of a call and it drops usually by 20 minutes. Customer uses Sonicwall to establish the VPN for site to site setup. We've investigated the VPN and have adjusted UDP timers but no joy. Could a codec adjustment be required? Could it be bandwidth problems?
