I am trying out some networkign options between a BCM 50 (rel2 and fully patched), and a CS1000 running 5.5 also fully patched. The CS1000M is actually using an ITG Trunk card as opposed to it's signalling servers for IP trunks at the moment, but I know that's H.323 compatible.

I can get a call to route fromt he CS1000M to the BCM. Though the BCM shows the letter H before the callign extension and no names are displayed.

However when calling from the BCM 50 to the CS1000M I get a message "net out of ord" message on the BCM 50 set.

I have a VoIP route setup with destination digits 80. When I dial 80 from the BCM set I see a VOIP trunk become acting in BCM monitor.

I have verified that the destination IP address is correct and that teh BCM 50 can get to it.

Any help or guidance on this appreciated.

Regards
Clive

I think I have fixed the problem - I had the CDP digits repeated inthe VoIP routing table - whereas I needed the digits that followed those listed there.

I guess to have names and CLI pass over the VoIP link to/from the CS1000 I need the MCDN keycode?

Is MCDN also required to get names exchanged between two BCM's usign a VOIP trunk?
