Hi All:
We have a BCM50 on version 2.12 off the top I cant remember it
We have 26 voicemail ports all using the COS of 1 with default settings
Max Mbx Msg Time (5)
Max Msg Length (3)
Msg retention Period (30)
Max Greeting Length (1)
Enable Offpremise Notification (Yes)
Remote Notification Retry Intervals (5)
Max Number of Attempts (3)
Enable Outbound Transfer (Yes)
Max Incorrect Password (5)
Attempts Password Expiry (0)
Enable Networking (Yes)
Enable Personal Target Attendant (Yes)
Enable Record (No)
Call Prompt Language User Interface Style (Primary)
Command (NVM)
Im under the impression that the BCM50 only holds 100hours of recording which spread equally by each user (26) is 3.8 hours.
Unfortantly due to the nature of our business some users need to use far more than 3.8 hours each, and I have seen this is causing some people only to have a few minutes of recordings or in simple terms:
USER 1 can hold 200 voicemails
USER 2 can only hold 15 voicemails
My question is, how do we make this fair for the other users so that we can get everyone on a level playing field without upgrading our phone system
Kind Regards
